Great underwear. Non-existent customer service

The underwear is great. The customer service on the other hand is non-existent. I’ve been reaching out via email, text, online form, even Instagram, for three weeks and haven’t heard a peep back. Non even an auto-reply. I’ve received plenty of marketing emails though.

Unbelievably Comfortable

I took a shot on these mostly to have something spicy to wear for myself and my partner but I never imagined they'd be the most comfortable briefs I'd ever worn! Sizing matched the chart perfectly on these as well.
