Fits very small

Ordered an xs/s per the size chart, but arrived like it would fit a person half the size. Go up 1 or 2 sizes from the chart. Gifted it to a friend as it cost the price of a new one to mail for exchange. I like the Bamboo thongs, but that’s it, all other items ordered are much smaller than on the size chart.
