SUMMER VIBES Bowtie Bikini with Sun Hat

I have had terrible customer service. I have emailed them three times because I want to return this item. It arrived without tags on it. It is way too big for the baby. It definitely is not quality and I can’t get anyone to return my emails. There’s no clear cut way to return this. I will never order from them again.
