93 x 3/4 x 0.035 Bandsaw Blade for Metal Cutting Bandsaw

Purchase two blades, 1st one broke after 6 cuts, after replacing it, inspected the blade and found cracks all thru the blade. 2nd blade I'm on the 19th cut and no issues. Here's my problem. Email only (no phone to talk with a person). I sent photos and stated above the person replying to email blamed me, basically telling me I didn't know what I was doing. 30+ years working steel. Very poor customer service. I believe I was dealing with a salesmen and/or middle company only in resale Can't add pic, but I do have them Find another company.
