Does it come with an extra insole like my other pair did?

Not a good fit and feel clunky

I ordered a size I usually wear and it felt small. Then I learned that half sizes were not available for sneakers, so the only option for me was to order 1 size up. That was too large for me and I wanted to get a refund, but unfortunately I didn’t know that they didn’t offer refunds, only credit for other shoes which wasn’t an option for me as I was looking specifically for sneakers. At least I thought I could make them work with thicker socks. The material feels rather stiff, and they are wide on my regular sized feet, and when dancing, they feel not fitting well and being quite heavy/clunky compared with ballroom shoes, capezios, j.francos, and fuegos. I appreciated the responsiveness of the customer service explaining their rules, but would not purchase another product because of the rest of my experience.

Gave two chances, disappointed both times

Yami came highly recommended from my dance instructor. Bought one pair of shoes, thinking the size was right. They were way too small. And took a month to ship. Couldn't return them after trying them out and realizing they didn't fit, and can't resell them either. I thought I'd try again and give them another shot. These arrived in a timely manner, but have defects before I even tried them on. Frayed and exposed fibers, and have an odd, plastic-y, cheap smell (see photos). Makes me think they are not uniformly made or made with the same quality. I appreciate that they fixed the mistake of taking forever to ship, but the quality appears very low. Considering other shoe brands going forward.
