great built quality. i am a 67 yo man with a little too much weight and a history of left knee surgery after a truamatic injury. this cane is my favorite. I got two of them. I finished one without stain. I plan to finish the other crimson.

Great cane for dojo or daily use . Sanded and finished with a golden oak stain and four coats of tung oil that made the hickory pop. Love it.
