Excellent product/very poor customer service

I would love to give this a 5⭐️ review. The product itself is amazing. But the customer service is severely lacking. Having an issue with being charged full price for the “free” month. Very limited response from the company. Just I will get back to you. It has been over a week since I brought the issue to their attention.

Disappointed

It’s ok, I can smell it standing next to it but that’s it. I only put one cube in and I have the 40 watt bulb
