Squad Travel Bag Wicked Pink

I keep getting invitations to share feedback even though I already wrote and left a pretty detailed review. So for this one, a replacement received for the first bag I purchased that was received recently. The bag is beautiful, bold and bright. When my initial bag had some minor damage, it was replaced pretty quickly so no complaints.

I really love the look and design of this bag. My cousin bought a similar version in yellow but that one was not available. No worries because I love my Flirty Pink Squad bag just as well if not more. Unfortunately, I realized the first bag I received had two small surface cracks that originally looked like a white area of the design. When I looked closer I discovered it was actually damage to the surface of the bag. I emailed describing the issue and within 24 hours received a reply and return label to exchange the bag. I appreciated that the company did the right thing, including covering the shipping costs for the exchange. The replacement was received within a few days. I plan to use this primarily as a carry on for travel and as an overnight bag. I am surely hoping the bag is durable and long lasting. Many similar bags were less expensive but there was something special about this one. I totally love the bright, bold colors as well as the abstract design and gold accents. It looks like a quality bag. It should be functional as it has zippered pockets on each side as well as one slip pocket inside. I find it to be very spacious and it fits underneath an airline seat. The last two photos show the damage on the bag that was replaced. Again, I really love this bag.
