Jamaican Scotch Bonnet

New pantry staple

I’ve tried to recreate a lot of dishes from my time living in Ghana, but it really is impossible without scotch bonnets. The problem is, scotch bonnets aren’t the easiest thing to find in the states. I’m so happy to have found irie veda! Now, I don’t have to resort to Amazon, and I get to support a minority woman-owned business! And the quality never disappoints! If you’re a first timer with scotch bonnets, use them sparingly ;)
