Giant Star Playsilk

My item came with multiple snags/holes in the silk. I reached out to CS with pictures of a few of them and their reaction was to try to gaslight me saying that being in a brand new product actually isn’t bad and that only if the item arrived ‘fully punctured’ would they be willing to resolve this for me. Also, they said some of these snags are common after the silks have been played with, which is fine except for I had just opened the package and it had not been played with at all. This was NOT a ‘seconds’ item either. Really disappointed, this was my 4th order but I will never order from them again

This is the 3rd starry night extra-large scarf I have purchased to use above our Waldorf stand. Unfortunately, corners have been cut (or maybe an attempt to offer it more affordably), and the scarf was significantly shorter than before, not allowing us to use the clips and it doesn't fit the entire top like the old ones. It just seems a lot cheaper. I hope you will bring back the original sized scarves.

We use it in the preschool group to play a circle game in which one of the children takes on the role of the moon.
