Received the Elila long line bra- very small compared to my usual brand. My problem is I am finding it difficult to return as I am not very tect sauve and I do not understand the instructions- help!

This bra is much thicker and heavier than the first bra I bought and fit around body smaller but cup was bigger. I thought buying a bigger size would give slightly looser bodice but not the case.
