Horrible product! I've been making capsules for over a year now and I have 2 different capsules makers prior and this is by far the worse experience I've had with capsules makers. This maker is not flexible (no springs in the middle) therefore all the the capsules get damaged because it doesn't line up properly. Also this maker does not come with a spill proof edges when actually filing the capsules with product so there's way more product waste with this maker. Extremely dissatisfied. Definitely do NOT recommend this headache to anyone. I would actually like a refund. ALSO, I never received the empty capsules that the description promises will come with the product.
