Women's Gold Brocade Saree Blouse

The size on site 46 has dimensions 44-45 inch chest. However when i received it the inches are almost 46. 5-47 the blouse seems v loose. I want to exchange it for size 44. I think it runs large. But good quality and look otherwise.
