Plug it in. Pour the water to the fill line in the rubber insert. Close the lid and presto! 10 hours later out pops 4 clear large cubes. Put the cubes in the plastic container and store for future use.

Game Changer!

I bought this in July 2025 and it is time for a (short) review. Maybe the best thig I ever purchased. I am a hobbyist when it comes to cocktails but put tremendous value on the sights (glassware, liquid portion, ice), sounds (mixing, ice movement) and especially on the flavor. Important to note, but I am a beverage professional, a true nerd when it comes to beverages - almost 30 years in beer production and for the last eight, I have been making bourbon in Kentucky. I only mention this because I have a very high bar for quality and this unit does not disappoint. I make bot the 2" cubes and the Collins ice, the later I usually cut into three pieces per block. Just love it!Not much else to say. Cheers.

I love how the cubes come out, although the process to freeze them takes too long.
