Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed in your customer service.
I upgraded my shipping preference paying $22.00 and it took almost two weeks to be delivered from CA to CO.
My order of three different flowers were gifts for Mother’s Day that arrived the Monday after. I sent an email to customer service regarding this disappointment and have not received any type of response. Again, beautiful product, terrible customer service!
