This flower arrived chipped but customer service responded immediately and ortdered a new one to be sent without having to return the other one. Appreciated that!

Beautiful but flawed

I was really looking forward to seeing these flowers in person. The Echeveria I received has a defect on one of the petals. It is pretty noticeable. My other flower is perfect and I love it. I don’t believe you should sell defective flowers for 26 bucks, maybe have a discounted section for them. It is too much of a hassle to mail back so I will just keep it. Definitely disappointed. I was going to create a wall of flowers but I will have to reconsider that idea.

Exquisite Flowers

The flowers are totally beautiful and made with the best workmanship. I ordered online after I purchased my first 3 flowers at the Reno museum of Modern Art. I have one issue - I purchased 6 flowers on line. Ordered on the 13th of January. Although I spent almost 200USD I was charged 13$ for shipping. I do not understand why and think I should be refunded for the shipping.
