Seraphina Midi Dress

Sent the wrong size. I ordered an 8, you sent a 14!

I ordered a size 8. I received a size 14. Trying to return but says i can only receive store credit. It was not on sale. I have sent 2 emails now over a week ago and got responses back that your too busy and that i will get a response email in 48 hours…its been over a week and no response back at all. Beyond disappointing. I had to find something else last minute to wear to an event and im still waiting to hear so i can return for my refund like the policy on the website says.
