Best lightly scented baby detergent

So grateful I found this product. I switched from using draft after learning about all the toxic ingredients. Th is the only company I trust with my baby’s clothing and it also really does a great job on stains.

Baby Detergent

As a first time grandmother, I have not washed baby clothes in 29 years. I have been using Mollie Suds Baby detergent and am very pleased. It cleans well and is unscented as not to irritate a delicate newborn.

Arrived damaged; terrible customer service

I’ve purchased their detergent twice, and while the products are great when they actually arrive in tact, the customer service is awful! My first bottles of detergent arrived leaking, but usable, so I didn’t complain. The second bottles of detergent arrived damaged and totally unusable, so I emailed customer service immediately with photos and requesting replacements. When they finally got back to me, they just offered me a 30% off store credit only. I replied that was unacceptable since I can’t use the product, and then they didn’t reply again. This is awful customer service and extremely disappointing, especially given the price of these products.
