Beautiful Smell but disappointing lasting power!

Let me start off by saying the smell of this perfume is very delightful! However,the longevity and sillage is a 1/5 with the scent only lasting on skin/clothes 30 minutes or so max. And with this price point, I was hoping the scent would last a little longer! I have tried both roll=on oil and perfume and both products the scent doesn't last. Please note: I applied it on clean moisturized skin and same result. :( I will see if this product needs to set for a few months to macerate and will review again then,

Packaging leaked
