Love the size , good material commercial vinyl . Also great feature at the entrance to help kids not fall and easy entrance . Netting on top of the slide is perfect where children can’t stand up and fall from the slide .

I sent an email with pictures the next day with my concerns but have not heard back. I’m attaching some pictures. I would like this replaced
