Well made bag, but definitely a dark, taupy ivory. DO NOT buy if youre wanting something closer to white/true ivory. I wanted to return, as i was wanting something more white, but due to their HORRIFIC returns process, i decided to keep in exchange for a 40% off coupon on a future item. Based on the returns process and my experience attempting to exchange the other item (a dress) in my order, i will only ever order accessories from JW PEI. it’s a horrible returns process including a LOT of back and forth via email, with customer service trying to get you to keep the item in exchange for a coupon to use on a future item.
