Wrong Case

I initially ordered the case to fit an iPhone 14. I was sent a case that fits 6.7" iPhone when i should have been sent a case that fits a 6.1" iPhone. I verified that i ordered the correct one and requested an exchange and was sent the same one again. I again requested an exchange and have gotten no response. I really like the case, so i bought one from a different retailer. Very, very frustrating!

The Pathfinder MagSafe iPhone 14 Case is perfect for me in terms of style and safety. If fits my phone perfectly to allow for full functionality. This case is has a very rugged military feel so I know my iPhone is secure.

Case great, customer service not so much

Had a UAG case before, ordered a new one for a new phone. Paid the extra for two day shipping. It didn’t ship for nearly a week and was still longer than two days even once it was shipped. All I wanted was someone to call me, but I was told that “they don’t call customers, and had no system for them to call customers.” I guess there are no phones in the entire company. They did refund part of the shipping, fine. I didn’t mind the price, just wanted to speak to someone who could tell me what was going on. Very disappointed.
