Roc-It Dog R 575 5.75" Shear

Very very disappointed

I had a very mixed experience with this purchase. I ordered 2 clippers, three blades and shear. The clipper arrived with clear signs of previous use—hair stuck on it—and another clipper didn’t work at all. Out of the three blades I ordered, one came with a broken edge. On the positive side, the shears I purchased are good quality and work well, which I’m satisfied with. However, I initiated a return request for the defective items and was told to wait for further processing. It’s been two weeks, and I’ve received no updates. The quality control and customer service need significant improvement.
