Dinnerware Set

Love it but…

I love everything about the product I purchased plates, bowls, silverware, etc. however, I was slightly disappointed that after the first use, my knife made a scratch in the top of the plates. I'm not sure if I will be able to live with that, but I'm going to give it a try. However, if my husband notices it, he may ask me to return them.

The customer service is top tier. Had 1 mug arrive broken. They shipped me a whole new set of 4 same day.

customer service

JazzUpCo gets my all star /5-star rating for customer service. They shipped my dinneware kit with gold utensils when I ordered black. It was a bar code labeling issue on the box. They rushed me a black set and said just keep the gold set. Outstanding service to say the least but also the product. Utensils are solid and heavy and dinner ware is just as great. Thanks JassUpCo. You guys rock!!!
