LUGNUT BOLT BROKEN

Hey i just liked your product but the bolt got broken out and i got stranded on road and one bolt was bent but i dint not ask for a new one but just placed on order agin and let me see how it goes but thanks its a good quality product

The item came with one of the stud bent and I didn’t notice until i drive 2miles and it didnt feel right so i took them off and start examining and one is bent. I also read more bad reviews but i hope i can get a refund but i also heard its hard to get a refund from this company. I didnt use a impact i used my lug tool that take with my car.
