The flirt skirt is easy to follow for a medium experienced sewist, and should be fairly easy for beginners. The skirt is super flattering, and easy to tweak for variety (I made my yoke slightly shorter and made the skirt full length which was easy to do). The instructions are fairly straightforward. The picture is the skirt before adding the waistband. I added a petticoat and couple layers of tulle to make it fluffier, I just love how flattering it looks!
