Linear Wall Lamp Replacement Experience
Hi, Thank you for the opportunity to share my experience with Ozarke. I want to let you know the lamp we have now is stunning. Unfortunately, the first lamp we purchased had to be replaced. The customer service we received to replace the first lamp was exceptional. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is we discovered the first lamp we received appeared to be used and a returned lamp. For example, the lamp arrived in a generic mailer tube not the original factory box, not secured in styrofoam, the plastic protector seals you peel off on a new item were missing, it was severely damaged in a few places to include dents and was significantly bent. In addition, it didn't have any factory paperwork enclosed. It honestly looked like a pretty damaged preowned, used returned lamp. That was a surprise and disappointing. When we reached out for customer support we received help promptly with kind, helpful, live agents not AI. We were sent a replacement lamp promptly as well and it arrived in a factory sealed box, with protective plastic seals on the lamp, protected in styrofoam, factory paperwork and clearly in new unopened condition unlike the original lamp. A big difference. We are very happy with the new one but surprised we were even sent the first one in such poor condition. All the experience we had involving customer service was wonderful. We received prompt and helpful responses along with feeling we were important as customers and they wanted to make things right.

Wasn't bright enough
Seemed like a decent looking light and had good features but it wasn't nearly bright enough for our application.
