Hi, I'm submitting this review based on my order and delivery experience. I haven't opened the courier bag yet as this is a birthday present to myself that I'm not opening until my birthday on the 24th :) The website was easy to navigate and the pictures of the bag looked awesome. Delivery was amazingly quick. I also grabbed the new customer 10% discount, which was an added bonus. I'm now on the countdown to the 24th when I can open my birthday present and enjoy the bag. Laptop Bag

Jacqui was patient and helpful as I navigated the penalties of being a rural customer... The bag arrived and it is gorgeous..if I had one suggestion though I would love to see a darker lining as I'm concerned the lighter shade will show wear and tear faster. Was so impressed I followed up with an order for a new shoulder strap for one of my old faves. Love supporting local.... Keep up the amazing mahi
