Pm: this is a delicious night time drink. I felt the benefits to be relaxed and slept peacefully. Am: this is taking a bit to get used to, my tummy upsets and bloat made me take a step back and evaluate the time I took it and the amount at first. However, it tastes light and yummy. I am feeling energised and mentally great because I am putting good clean nutrition into my body. Overall I’m happy with my purchase and will purchase again.

I realise how good it is if I miss a day...

It's not like a huge bomb of change hit me...it was slow and gradual. Colleagues have commented that I am more even tempered. Friends say that skin looks great. I only really notice the difference if I miss a day, I feel less balanced, my sleep isn't as good and it takes less to upset me.
