20 Years in Magic, This Still Impressed Me

I’ve been into magic for over 20 years, and there’s clearly a huge amount of thought behind the material in Unreal Card Magic 2. Ben often says that “the pattern is the effect,” and after studying this, I completely get what he means. The routines are practical, deceptive, and designed for real performance, with excellent teaching and strong attention to detail throughout. Even after decades in magic, I still picked up new ideas and concepts. I honestly have nothing negative to say about it.

Awesome teaching but..........

Was pretty awesome watching these videos, so many great ideas and card moves. There was one thing I did not like about the videos. For me it was the potential to use most of the videos for commercial use and not for training of the many different effects. On all the tricks, the full video of Mr. Earl performing the trick was really good. But then, instead of showing more examples of the full performance again again with different spectators, the video was followed by a half dozen tracts showing only peoples reaction to the trick and not the full performance. For me, I would of much rather of seen and learned from seeing the entire performance and not a video out version. Overall, I thought the entire video was great but couldn't quite get over the old adage “a picture is worth a thousand words”
