Good Rack, Wrong Screws

The Aventon rack met my needs. It is light weight and should be easy to install. The screws that were included, however, did not work. The threads of the mounting points at the bottom were different than the threads of the included screws. I used smaller through screws and nuts to mount the rack.

Better with Twin Panniers

This is my second Rear Rack. My first one was stolen. My Aventon Twin Panniers were also stolen. I was going to buy a new rack and panniers, but the panniers have been out of stock for the past month so I only have the rack right now. Without the panniers the rack isn't really useful. It doesn't have a clip like some racks and I don't have bungee cords. The best part about it is that the Aventon Twin Panniers fit perfectly on it. I hope the panniers come back in stock soon so that I can buy them and carry my gear again.
