I was missing the faucet key and emailed them and they didn’t even ask to send a replacement for the item i was missing and the faucet is leaking a little bit and no matter how hard i try to fix it it will either A) fall off and spray water everywhere or B) won’t screw on tightly enough to stay put

Unfortunately, this is another Filterbaby product that did not live up to the marketing for me. I purchased the Skincare Filter 2.0 hoping I would actually notice a difference in my water and, ultimately, my skin. After months of use, I have noticed no meaningful difference whatsoever.
For a product that retails for $99 and then requires ongoing filter replacements through a subscription, I expected noticeable results or at least some benefit that justified the continued expense. I simply haven’t experienced that.
At this point, the recurring filter subscription feels more like a subscription gimmick than something providing real value to me. You purchase the device and then have to continuously pay for replacement filters, yet I can’t identify any improvement that makes those ongoing costs worthwhile.
Based on my experience, I would not repurchase this product or continue paying for the subscription. There are far too many skincare products and water-filtration options available for me to keep spending money on something when I can’t tell a difference between using it and not using it.

My filter didn't even last a week. First, it took me forever to install because none of the aerators were an exact fit for my sink. The water pressure from my faucet decreased after only 4 days of usage. Then, the sink started to leak from the aerator after a week. I'm guessing the leak is a result of the aerator being made out of plastic. As others have mentioned, customer service is awful. I've received several emails to provide feedback; however, I haven't received a response regarding my issue. I do not recommend this product, especially if you live in a very old building. These filters are not made for filtering sediment from old pipes.
