Filterbaby Faucet Filter Pro

The install was easy and the filter works just as adevertised. The box included so many parts and it was packaged so nice. I only wish the box included the washer as you need this piece. But despite that i give this product 5 stars.

This product did not fit my faucet. Filter baby does not honour the 100% satisfaction policy and even though they state that they will send you the needed attachments to make it work or provide a refund they did neither of these with me. They advervise to make themselves sound better but it is not the truth. Very dissapointed and i dont think my faucet was out of the ordinary so also not true that they fit most faucets. DO NOT order from them unless you are 1000% sure it will fit your faucet.

We have really hard water here, and this filter is the first that that my grandchildren aren't getting redness and discomfort on their hands from the hard water.
