CUTTERPILLAR GLOW ULTRA LIGHTBOARD

The plastic is getting warped in the middle. Not sure why? Do you think it will help if I purchase the tempered glass to sit on top for weight. Also do you have a tempered glass the size of my ultra light board, I like to purchase one.

Just what I needed. Easy to use. I love the idea I can lay all appliqué pieces and don’t have tape or glue on window. Light is powerful and pattern easy to see. I will definitely be doing more appliqué.

Order lost or destroyed

I never received my order for my wife's birthday. There was no way to track the order and no one from the company responded to my emails. I later received an email from a third party saying the order was damaged or destroyed going between Salt Lake City and Virginia. I live in Illinois. We couldn't even see who the shipper was. There is no phone number to call. I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company. A great idea for a product if only the company could do its job.
