Eco Chic Lightweight Foldable Lunch Bag Shamrocks

Wrong item sent - replacement not yet received.

Our family have used many eco-chic products for several years, bought previously in local stores and we love them. Our local store is no longer stocking and our first online order hasn’t gone well, wrong design sent and the return process is a bit long winded. We had to pay postage to send back and still not heard anything or received a replacement. Although it was explained that they need to receive the wrong one back before sending the correct one I think this is poor customer service in light of a mistake! I would have expected the correct item sent out immediately and a shipping label sent to return the wrong item. Still waiting for correct item and a refund for postage. Will not order again sadly as this is just not great customer service and has put us off the product. Mistakes happen but this was a checking /picking error and not quickly or yet resolved.
