Not bad, but…

Not normal that the company offer you teflon tape in the package cause they know the joint will leak at first use…was kinda mad when i saw this…even with the teflon was still leaking, at the end i did use industrial pink tape + paste and let it cure overnight, did the trick but its not normal at this price point! Overall Quality is not bad, just wish i bought the 100ft instead! Recommend just if you are good with a wrench…

Nice quality reel and hose assembly!

I purchased this to go with my new Active 2.0 pressure washer, and what a great combination as they compliment each other so well. Very straight forward install, and absolutely no leaks. It functions like it should and appears to be very high quality to give me years of hassle free enjoyment. Thanks for the suggestion Andrew!

Required repairs

I purchased the MTM 50FT PREMIUM HOSE REEL KIT 43.5032 for the ease of set up. Once I had it mounted first time I pressured up the system I had a very bad leak at the hose reel swivel fitting. It looked like there was maybe one or two wraps of Teflon tape around the hose end. As per the instructions I cleaned off the threads and wrapped the hose end with 6 wraps and reconnected the hose to the swivel fitting. I was happy to see this had fixed the leak. The hose reel and hose work great with my active 2.3 pressure washer
