Love the Trinidad SCORPION smoked salt, I use it on everything, gives it great flavor and a good little spice kick. I also take it with me to the Sushi restaurant when I go which adds great flavor to the Shashimi.

Vey spicy but just the way i like it! A little goes a long way and when im up for it ill throw a tsp in boiling noodles or my sloppy joes.
