Im a 56 year old, 6'2" and 205 lbs wear a 36 that fits well. The shorts have a stretch to them that create a great fit. No more baggy fitting shorts. I bought one pair originally being skeptical about instagram advertising. Once i got them a wore them i ordered 5 more in different colors and replaced my Peter Milars. Great product and great company on service. Additionally ive ordered several golf shirts that wear well.
