Works well

I have used it in the past few weeks and this item works well. Easy to use. Like the coloured light indicators so I can tell what setting it is on with a glance at the buttons. Clients have enjoyed the new addition to the table.

Wish it had a little more weight to it but works great other wise

I really love it. I gave it 4 stars as it takes a while to heat up and it would be helpful if there is a sticker on the controls advising that you need to depress the power button for a few seconds before it turns on. I thought my outlet wasn’t working so tried in a few others but it still didn’t turn on. Then I thought the pad was defective but I tried one more time and kept holding the button down and it did turn on.
