ALIGN Stealth+

Starting using my align mat by following the 10 day Capener. Things were going well until day 5 when I started experiencing undeniably associated back pain. I stopped using it for a day and pain decreased. I used it at a very low level at half the time the following day with some improvement.When I increased the intensity for a short amount of time in the afternoon, pain increased. Verdict is out now. Will continue to experiment for the remaining 30 days to decide on whether I will keep it.

The mat is great! The box it was shipped in left me doubting if it arrived in tact. The mat is about 40 pounds and bulky. There were no handles or straps to move the box during shipment. The box arrived with broken cardboard and a noticeable hole to get a finger grip to move it. For something this expensive I was surprised at the shipping. Yes mat arrived in tact and appears to work properly.

I’m still evaluating how using the mat is improving my health. However I’m seeing a surprisingly good difference in how I recover from physical workouts
