I ordered 2 grates as replacements for my Monument grill. They were shipped separately. One was received in good shape and appears fine… but I haven’t had an opportunity to use it on my grill yet because the other grate was received damaged in the shipping box - picture included. I’ve contacted Monument multiple times via email and through their online chat bot asking for a return shipping label and a replacement. It’s been about a month and still not resolved. No response. No return label. No replacement. My experience is you’re good to go if your order doesn’t arrive damaged. This was a FedEx shipment.
