Outstanding kit to repurpose your GBA

The installation went great using MachoNacho YouTube video as a guide. It fit perfectly with my IPS kit and I used to opportunity to install a new speaker too. The original was sounding scratchy. You DO need to know how to solder for these installations. Results are phenomenal. I can now play my GBA, GBC and OG GB games on my TV's. The screen on the GBA automatically turns off when plugged into TV and essentially becomes a wired controller. I couldn't be happier with the results and satisfaction that I did it myself. I never expected my original GBA that I bought as a kid would be able to do everything it can do now and still be useful to me decades later. A whole new purpose and lease on life.

It's really satisfying "docking" my GBA to one of the HDMI ins of my AV amp and seeing my GBA screen with minimum lag and crisp picels

Hdmi mod for GBA is a must have. Makes playing games more enjoyable.
