Bought this with a t-shirt for husband's birthday. We use recipes for the foods we cook together. But when he makes his mother's dishes, he does so from watching her cook them (just as she learned them from her own mama).

I bought it as a gift and the recipient loved it she was 92 years old still loves to cook authentic Italian and doesn’t use a recipe
