Terrible customer service

The coverlet is fine, but not the right color for my space. I immediately reached out to request a return authorization. Almost two weeks later and nothing. I have opened a chat, emailed and called, all to no avail. No one has responded. Clearly they are avoiding accepting a return though the website clearly states that they accept returns. Buyer beware.

The item is beautiful but does not match the other bedding so I had to return it.
