Issues with opening

There is an issue with the unit opening after being mounted onto the wall. The side of the frame comes in contact with the drywall and does not open entirely, while also scratching he drywall. It seems that the mounting backing should not be flush with the frame. I had to take a utility knife and sand paper and cut/sand down the side of the frame so it would open all the way and not hit the wall.

Storage Reflections

This product is well engineered, looks great and stored everything I wanted. The wood finish is excellent, the installation was easy and the mirror makes me look much younger! (Just kidding) The two issues I found were minor and most likely had a bit of user error. The foam could be a stiffer variety which would be easier to cut shapes into and install. I have problems using the biometric lock release but the Lock Release Phone App works fine. All in all, worth the money!
