If it work =s great then why only 3 stars. Well that comes from the software set up. I spent several days trying to get this printer to install and be recognized by my computer. I watched a lot of YouTube Videos and follow the poorly written directions and it took me days to get it to work. I eventually had to submit a trouble ticket and waited days for someone to get back to me and then they were finally able to get it working. In today's modern computer age everything is plug and play why cant these? the print quality, speed and ease of use is great 5 stars its the software problems that are 1 star.

absolutely love the speed and quality of this printer! I upgraded from the l1800 after 2 years and couldn't be happier that i finally did!

Before making this big purchase, I researched this printer night and day. I must say, reviews from others are terrifying. After actually receiving the printer, and setting it up, I must say, this monster of a printer is a workhorse! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 more stars for the F13 Pro!
