I guess this particular one didn't not function properly, ultimately I had to remove it and throw it away.

I don't use them now. I hate the rubbery feeling, sticking with tempered glass. It also didn't reach above my front camera lens with the hole cut out. But I could've made it higher on my screen. But the little application kit kept it where it was at
