A MUST HAVE FOR SERIOUS GRASS FOLK!

4 weeks ago I did a partial lawn renovation on both my back and front lawns using the Elite Bluegrass/Ryegrass Blend for the seed. Yesterday we had a BBQ with some friends and the first thing a guest said was "look at your lawn, HOW?" Today a neighbor came to look at my yard, he actually gasped then said "now THAT is OVERKILL, what did you do?". About 5-6 days after spreading the seed I was greeted by the first sprouts of the Alphacentauri Pernnial Rye Grass coming in strong. 2 weeks after that the KBG started to make its appearance and with in a few days of that started to come in thick and full for a very young lawn! I was both surprised and impressed with the look, feel and coverage of the grass. This is definitely a must have premium product if you are serious about your lawn.
