I ordered a t-shirt for Fathers Day after discovering Furriends on Little Leezie’s (siamese) IG. It arrived swiftly and beautifully packaged. Unfortunately it was a little large however my email to Furriends to determine the best way to return and exchange was immediately replied to (on Fathers Day!). A Reply Paid label was provided & my first order discount reinstated for when I ordered the smaller size. I was extremely impressed with how this small business dealt with my small order in such a professional yet personal manner. As we shop online more, it is frustrating to have many companies not providing a phone number for those brief queries and to not respond via email for 48-72 hours. I always feel disadvantaged living in WA with shopping sites based on the East coast so even Express delivery takes 5 business days! I am extremely impressed with the service - and the quality of the lovely organic cotton t-shirt for our Siamese Cat Dad and have recommended Furriends to many people already!
