The product itself is great but the courier (DPD) didn’t even try to deliver the product to my delivery address as there was someone home to collect the parcel during both supposed delivery attempts. It was then delivered to a DPD depo in a different county to where I live. I then had to drive 40 minutes to retrieve the parcel and whilst on route, I was involved in an accident where another driver pulled out on me at a junction. Long story short, nice product but won’t be ordering again as what should have been a simple delivery of my order has turned into a complete headache. Suggestion for Daisy London is to use a different, more reliable courier than DPD to deliver your parcels.
