Disappointed at Best with Final delivery/ chair operation

The purchasing process/value was Amazing! The final delivery (white glove) Horrible! Didn’t receive our chair cleaning kit, first time assembling/delivering a massage chair. The chair makes a noticeable thumping sound, no to very little heat, when I mentioned this a representative asked me to record the sound. We will not purchase using this process again (delivery/Brand)

The chair is very nice, solid and well made. Nice variety of pre programmed massages. Only thing I don’t like is the air pressure on the calves of your legs is too strong. Even on the lowest setting.
